S U R R O U N D is a commercial and residential interior design firm focusing on fine furnishings and soft good procurement. Each of our projects is a fully custom, collaborative process that ranges from space planning to finishes and decor. We pride ourselves on sourcing timeless, inspired pieces that will be loved for many years. We mainly serve clients in the Central Ohio area but continue to work on projects all over the country including Michigan, Illinois, Florida, and Texas.
OUR PROCESS
INQUIRY
Every project begins with our Client Intake Form. Fill us in on your desired timeline, budget, and project details. Be sure to include your phone number. We'll give you a call soon to go over your project in more detail!
CONSULTATION
After our initial phone call, we'll schedule our first in-person meeting at the job site. We want to get to know you, your space, and how you live and work so that we can provide you with the most accurate proposal possible.
PROJECT OUTLINE
After evaluating the project scope, along with your needs, budget, and timeline, we will present you with a formal Project Outline, detailing our fees and what is included.
DESIGN/PLANNING
Upon your approval of the Project Outline, we'll get started designing and creating your future haven!
PRESENTATION
After the design process, we'll meet together at the SURROUND Showroom for your first Design Presentation. We'll furnish you with an in depth presentation including space planning, paint, fabric selections and more. This meeting is typically very collaborative! Although we love to nail it on the first try, it sometimes requires a revision or two to get things absolutely perfect.
ORDERING + MANAGEMENT
Once the design is approved, it's time to order! We'll send a formal invoice for the product selected and get the ball rolling! We will manage and track all orders, as well as receive them in our Columbus Ohio warehouse. All items will be unboxed, assembled, and thoroughly inspected before they arrive at your home.
INSTALLATION
Once product has been received and inspected, we will schedule a delivery to install and bring our vision to life!
